Michelle is a highly accomplished Executive Manager and consultant with expertise spanning various critical areas, including GMP Facility Design and Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, Auditing, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Quality Control, Qualification, Validation, HR Management, and Business Process Improvement. Her impressive career includes holding significant operational leadership roles at organisations including Canopy Growth Australia, Baxter Healthcare, Lifeblood, Donor Tissue Bank of Victoria and Mayne Pharma, where she’s gained deep experience in optimising operational efficiency, ensuring GMP compliance and quality assurance.
